Kitchen Coaching can be organised as a one-on-one session with ME in YOUR kitchen or for small groups of 4 or less people.
Together, we will go through your cupboards, your fridge and your pantry and make notes on what could go, what could stay and any additions that need to be brought in. We will explore where you and your family are at with your dietary changes, learn how to create simple nourishing meal plans and learn how to make your kitchen and your cooking work for your lifestyle.
Kitchen Coaching sessions are 2 hours in duration and you can book 1 session or several….it’s up to you.
Investment: $200 per session
